There has been a Wedding!! This Month we celebrated the marriage of our lovely associate Marianne and her now Husband Simon. HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to you both x
Last week we attended a Chris Barrow @extremebusiness.coachbarrow Marketing training day and had such a great time. We are always learning and growing to be the best we can be.
Our lovely Front of House member Claire Marie had her last day with us last week. We are all going to miss Claire Marie’s smile but we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for being a super member of our team and we wish you all the very best with your adventures.

Recipe of the Month
Banana Lollies

Schools are now out for summer, these Banana lollies have been a great hit with our own children, and also with us! a slightly healthier alternative to the ice cream van.
Ingredients

2 bananas4 large strawberries100g natural yogurt200g dark chocolate1 tbsp hundreds and thousandsYou will also need:

4 wooden lolly sticks
Method·         STEP 1

Peel the bananas and trim off the very ends if you’d like them neater. Then chop them each into 4 equal-sized chunks. Thread a strawberry onto each lolly stick first, then push on the pieces of banana.

·         STEP 2

When all your banana pops are made lay them on a baking tray and put in the freezer, uncovered, for 1 hr.

·         STEP 3

Put the yogurt into a tall glass or jug then dip each banana pop into the yogurt to coat (avoiding the strawberries), then place back onto the tray to refreeze until set.

·         STEP 4

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts (stirring after each blast) then pour into a mug. Dip the end piece of each banana pop in the chocolate then sprinkle over the hundreds and thousands.

·         STEP 5

The chocolate should set pretty much instantaneously, but you can keep them in the freezer until you want to serve them for up to 1 week.

Dr Eva Rodriguez BDS, MSc, MClin, Dent, MRDRCS(Edin)
Eva is our super friendly Periodontist. Eva graduated with Honours in 1999 from Universidad Complutense in Madrid (Spain). She immediately entered General Practice while studying a Postgraduate Degree in Gerodontology that was completed 2-years later. In 2001, she gained a scholarship to continue with her postgraduate education in the UK and started a 4-year Masters Degree in Periodontics. On completion, she gained her MSc, MClin Dent and MRDRCS and was recognised as a Specialist in Periodontics by the General Dental Council.

She worked as a part-time Specialist Teacher at King’s College of London ever since, only stopping recently to be able to spend more time with her young family.

Her practice is exclusively dedicated to Periodontics.
