New starts, New paint job.The practice has had an uplift and we hope you agree the entrance looks much smarter than before. We wanted a freshen up to highlight the new start and new liberty we are all about to experience.
Fees
We have kept fee increases to a minimum this year, there are a few adjustments to cover some of the increased costs in materials and essential equipment.

BROKEN TEETH
We have seen an increase in the number of patients presenting themselves with broken teeth. Not due to a higher incidence in pork scratching cravings, but usually due to the ratio of the filling to tooth being too large. All your fillings are checked with your 6 monthly reviews. However, given the circumstances in the last year not everyone has been able to attend as regularly as they normally would. If you know you have some large restorations in your teeth, there are ways we can prevent more serious dental treatments such as root treatments and extractions. Protecting the tooth with an lnlay or crown for example will reduce the chances of it breaking. Please do ask your Dentist if you have any concerns relating to large fillings.

If you wish to go ahead with treatment or have some questions, we can organise an online consultation free of charge with our experienced treatment care coordinator Heather. She can give you an idea of your financial and time commitments.
DENTAL MONITORING
And that leads us on to Dental Monitoring.
Turn your phone into a scanner. Our new Invisalign patients are being introduced to dental monitoring and it is a huge success.
Rather than having to visit us every 6 weeks for new aligners, the clever scan box uses artificial intelligence (much more reliable than ours!!) To advise you to move onto your new aligner.
Every 7-10 days we can check your scans so that we are monitoring you super closely. The aim is reduce treatment time and get you are more aligned result.
